Our client is a well-established Health and Safety consultancy that partners with a wide range of businesses – from manufacturing and engineering organisations to serviced offices and small construction firms. Their approach is refreshingly practical, focused on providing straightforward advice that genuinely improves their clients’ safety performance.

With offices in Preston, Merseyside, and Blackburn, they’re looking to grow their team with an experienced Health and Safety Consultant who enjoys variety, autonomy, and the satisfaction of working directly with different clients across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Acting as the key Health and Safety advisor for a portfolio of clients across the North West

  
  

• Carrying out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments

  
  

• Developing and reviewing safety management systems and procedures

  
  

• Delivering engaging safety training and toolbox talks

  
  

• Supporting clients with accident investigations and ongoing compliance improvements

  
  

• Building strong, trusted relationships to help clients develop a positive safety culture

What You’ll Need

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) – Diploma or equivalent desirable

  
  

• Experience in consultancy or a varied, multi-site Health and Safety role

  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  

• A practical, solutions-focused approach to safety

  
  

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
