After you register, we review your experience, contact you if we have a suitable role and keep your details in mind for future opportunities that match your skills and preferences. Do I need to be actively looking for a new job to register? No. Many HSEQ professionals register so they can hear about suitable roles in future. You can let us know your timescales and how actively you want to be contacted. Can I register even if I do not see a suitable role advertised? Yes. We often work on roles that are not advertised publicly. Registering your CV ensures you are considered when something relevant comes up. Will you send my CV to employers without asking first? No. We do not send your CV or share your details with any client without speaking to you first and confirming that you are happy for us to represent you. Do you recruit both permanent and contract roles? Yes. We support permanent, fixed term and interim HSEQ roles. You can tell us your preference in the registration form. Is there a fee for candidates who register? No. There is no charge for candidates. Our fees are paid by the hiring organisations that engage Search² to support their recruitment. How often should I update my details or CV? It helps if you update us when you change role, gain a new qualification or move location. You can send an updated CV or contact us directly. Can I register if I am based outside the UK? Our focus is on UK based roles, but you can still register if you have the right to work in the UK or are planning to relocate. We will let you know if suitable options exist.
