What you will be doing
Reporting to the Safety Director and supporting Central Regional Directors.
Providing H&S and wellbeing support across offices and sites in the Central Region.
Liaising with Environmental, Quality, Sustainability, HR and operational teams.
Carrying out inspections, audits, toolbox talks and internal training.
Preparing and reviewing risk assessments, traffic management plans and safety documentation.
Conducting investigations, noise/light surveys and producing reports.
Supporting the maintenance of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 systems.
Visiting sites typically once or twice a month, with occasional overnights (3–4 nights per month).
What you will need
Proven experience within a building-focused construction environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and site teams.
Qualification to or working towards NEBOSH Diploma / Level 6 (Chartered IOSH desirable).
Knowledge of environmental and waste management.
Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel regionally.
A stable career history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
