What you will be doing

  • Managing and improving the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for Health, Safety, Environment and Quality.

  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, ISO standards and company policies.

  • Working closely with operations, factory and production management to maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

  • Leading internal and external audits and reporting on performance at management reviews.

  • Conducting inspections, risk assessments and investigations, driving corrective and preventive actions.

  • Delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks and targeted training.

  • Maintaining awareness of evolving EHSQ regulations and standards.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to staff at all levels, fostering engagement and ownership of safety and quality.


What you will need

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) and proven experience as a QHSE / HSEQ / HSE Manager.

  • Solid understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working closely with operational teams.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and able to manage documentation effectively.
