You’ll be the driving force behind the company’s integrated management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), ensuring best practice is not only maintained but continually improved across all operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Managing and improving the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) for health, safety, environment and quality.

• Ensuring compliance with legislation, ISO standards and company policies.

• Working closely with operations, factory and production management to maintain a safe, efficient working environment.

• Leading internal and external audits; reporting on performance at management reviews.

• Conducting inspections, risk assessments and investigations, and driving corrective actions.

• Delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks and targeted training.

• Maintaining awareness of evolving EHSQ regulations and standards.

• Acting as a trusted advisor to staff at all levels, fostering engagement and ownership of safety and quality.

  
  

What you’ll need

• NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum) and proven experience as a QHSE / HSEQ / HSE Manager.

• Solid understanding of ISO9001, with exposure to ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems.

• Excellent communication skills and confidence working closely with operational teams.

• Strong IT and report-writing ability (Microsoft Office / SharePoint).

• Practical, approachable, and organised — someone who gains trust quickly.

• Flexibility to travel occasionally to other sites if required.
