Cornwall Airport Newquay has been named one of the top-performing airports in the UK for health and safety, receiving the top prize in the small airports category at the Airports UK Health & Safety Week Awards.
This national award, supported by both the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), acknowledges outstanding health and safety initiatives across UK airports. The recognition highlights Cornwall Airport’s achievements in several key areas, including personal protective equipment (PPE), working at height, and airside safety for both staff and passengers.
