Health and Safety Advisor (Construction)  

North-West England

Are you a H&S practitioner with experience of working in the Construction industry, looking for a genuine long-term opportunity with tangible progression?    

This role is the replacement of the Health and Safety Advisor that has recently been promoted to Managing Director, and they are looking for an ambitious individual to join them and enjoy the same journey of progression in the coming years.   

The current Managing Director plans to retire in the next 5 years, and is looking to support the development of a new Health and Safety Advisor to replace him in the future! An incredible opportunity for the right person! The company are based in North-West England which is where a large portion of their clients are based, including some clients   

What you will be doing:

• Conducting Construction site health and safety audits, producing risk assessments / RAMS

• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project safety

• Conduct site inspections and provide ongoing health and safety support to contractors and sub-contractors.

• Monitor statutory compliance for significant property-owning groups across the UK and Northern Ireland.

What you will need to be considered for the role: 

• NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate as a minimum 

• Experience of autonomously carrying out Construction site inspections / audits & producing RAMS 

• Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to multiple client construction sites (predominantly in NW England)
