Fire Risk Consultant (Full-time permanent position)

Home based with regional travel around Manchester & NW England

Search² is delighted to have been exclusively retained by an award-winning professional services firm looking to recruit a Fire Risk Consultant to join their business.

What you will be doing

• Conduct fire risk assessments (Type 1 & general FRAs) on behalf of clients 

• Working with clients in a range of industry sectors including; Retail, Construction, Social Housing, Manufacturing, Medical practices 

• This isn't a time pressured role where you are expected to churn out audits and hit KPIs - you will provide good quality fire risk assessments to clients 

• Supporting clients by highlighting and discussing corrective actions, and following up with clients to ensure the actions have been carried out 

• Providing general fire risk / fire safety advice to clients to help them improve day-to-day management of fire risk 

What you will need

• Level 3 fire safety qualification (i.e NEBOSH Fire Certificate or equivalent)  

• Full UK Driving License, with willingness to travel across multiple sites regionally around Manchester and the North-West of England 

• Experience of conducting fire risk assessments
